Support CCCS With your Charitable Gift
Reflect on the past . . . .
. . . . think about your legacy.
Our mission is to equip our students spiritually, academically, socially and physically while encouraging them to fully develop their life in Christ.
Your gift to Crescent City Christian School will improve the quality of life for our students and intensify their experience.
Once considered a tool of only the financially elite, charitable giving is now embraced by people from every walk of life. Even a modest gift can make a significant difference. All that’s required is a charitable intention and something of financial value. Some types of Charitable Gifts are:
-
Gifts of Cash, real estate, appreciated securities, or personal property.
-
Bequests are made through a will. This includes what goes to heirs and charities. This is done by designating a set cash amount, specific securities, a piece of property, or the remaining portions of an estate to be given to Crescent City Christian School.
-
Life Insurance can be given by making Crescent City Christian School the owner and irrevocable beneficiary of a paid-up current, or new life insurance policy.
-
Charitable Lead Trust is a revocable trust, whereby the donor transfers ownership of assets into a trust for the benefit of Crescent City Christian School over a set period of time, usually 5-20 years, with the assets being returned to the donor at the end of the stipulated term.
-
Charitable Gift Annuities are irrevocable gifts of assets to Crescent City Christian School, whereby the donor will receive a guaranteed lifetime income, either as a fixed dollar amount of a fixed percentage as annual payments.
-
Retirement Plan is a newer form of giving and is becoming more popular with both single and married individuals. Crescent City Christian School is made a beneficiary of the plan upon the death of the individual and the spouse.
If you have any questions or would like to make a charitable gift donation, please contact our school's administrator, Mrs Freddy Landry.
Deep down, each of us longs to know that we made a difference in the world around us.
